User Security Administration Analyst (Peoplesoft)
- Receives ticket from Tier 1 and processes Access Request. Manages all Access Hosted
Requests, escalations and ensures compliance.
- Collects all query reports and validates compliance and audit requirements. -
Receives authenticated ticket from Tier 1 and completes process delivery and closes
ticket.
- Ensures all audit and compliance requirements and standards are maintained and
satisfied at all times.
- Receives ticket from Tier 1 for Profile Changes and completes processing and ensures
compliance.
- Process and Delivers New Hire, Transfers & Term Access requirements.
- Responsible for Grant/terminate application system access using standard operation
procedures across clients. Concentrate on handoffs when access requests span internal
or external client teams.
- Manages monthly, quarterly and internal annual audit reviews, compliance and QA
for logical security administration.
- Manages application tracking database exception reporting and validates compliance.
- Manages application access logs, User Lists, Access Levels, Terms. Manages all
exceptions reporting and validates compliance.
- Manages audit process from end to end and ensures compliance at all times. - Ensures
internal audit review, QA and validation is completed. Ensure internal and/or client
audit compliance readiness at all times. Client audit accountability and compliance
includes SAS 70 and SOX404.
- Project Management and SAS70 & SOX 404 audit compliance as required.
- New Client transitioning.
- Possess strong verbal and written, communications and interpersonal skills. -
Includes relationship management and conflict resolution with all levels of management
and client interfacing. Functions as a change agent when appropriate.
- Ability to identify and communicate root cause analysis, trends, problem statement
definition, documentation for system, functional, process and data processes. -
Assist Associates and/or key client stakeholders with new hire and/or termination
processing to ensure proper access controls and/or disabled requirements.
- Assist with communications with key stakeholders regarding audit and compliance
and/or reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Must to able to manage multiple demands and prioritize in a high, demanding volume
operation within a service request tracking system (e.g., Siebel, Remedy)
- Must be able to meet critical deadlines and be proactive in order to meet metrics
and client CTQs.
- Good understanding of HR BPO related business processes.
- Provides proactive solutions to eliminate and/or streamline processes.
- Analyzes business functionality and applies understanding of end-to-end processes
and ability to develop detail business requirements as required.
- Provide information systems and project management support for Global Security
to maximize the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to client
management and internal Users.
- Develop working knowledge of all internal and client-hosted applications. - Maintain
levels of quality assurance and controls across operating and application systems.
Generate audit reports when needed.
- Analyzes and develops application security functionality for HR practices and
procedures. Shows understanding of end-to-end processes and ability to develop proactive
solutions to eliminate and/or streamline processes.
- Apply standard security administration practices aligned with corporate policies
and strategies
- Security liaison with business groups to deliver the necessary authorizations
- Manage entire project lifecycle from work in
