SAP Configuration Analyst
Location: Charlotte
State: NC
Duration: Full Time

Description
Overview:
The SAP Configuration Analyst (CA) will act as an internal SAP system and business process consultant. The CA will be the primary/expert resource for the 'why' and 'how' of business processes and how they are supported/integrated into the various SAP modules. The CA will provide consulting to functional business areas to assess process improvement opportunities and system change integrations.

Responsibilities:
- Execute & maintain the SAP system configuration process
- Identify & implement improvement opportunities
- Assist in defining the scope, impact, cost, and cost savings of the SAP changes where applicable
- Develop business requirements & functional design for ABAP programmers
- Assist with testing
- Create and maintain SAP documentation repository as it relates to standards, controls, policies, procedures, audits, and testing
- Develop and maintain SAP module Service Level Agreements, and
- Provide 2nd level SAP support (1st level = Help Desk, 3rd level = SAP).

Required Skills:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as SAP Configuration Analyst -- experienced with multiple SAP implementations-- SAP release 4.7 experience -- FI/CO or MM/PP, and WM modules required -- additional modules (SD, PS, PM, BW) experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree. Majoring Engineering or IT related discipline preferred.
- SAP certification a plus
- Experience with SAP toolkits, InfoPak or WebArchitect helpful

UNIX Administrator
Location: Charlotte
State: NC
Duration: Full Time

Description:
Implement and maintain reliable/available client and server systems to support business functions and needs.

Accountabilities
- Design, implement and support IS projects
- Maintain reliable and available systems
- Create, update and document disaster recovery processes
- Effectively communicate/coach other teammates
- Research and implement new technology

Skills (Platforms, Languages, Tools, Business Application, etc.)
- Customer service
- UNIX operating systems (HP/UX )
- Veritas or other cluster software
- Leadership skills
- Capacity planning/performance tuning abilities
- NT operating systems interfaces
- Scripting abilities (ksh, csh, perl, java)
- Security Administration for UNIX systems

Experience
- 5+ years related IS experience
- Clustering software
- Support/monitoring tools
- System recovery procedures
- Education/Certifications: Four year Degree, (Unix Certification - Hardware/Software is a plus).

Support Requirements
- Off hours support as necessary
- Must have dial-in capabilities at residence

Programmer Analyst

This position is for a seasoned Client Server Developer with 5-7 years of hands on experience. This person will work closely with Technical Analysts who lead the development groups. They will actively engage in the analysis and documentation of technical requirements, assist in documenting Functional Specifications, write code as documented in the technical specifications, assist in System and Business Acceptance Testing, participate in System Implementation and problem resolution for existing systems
