- Under minimal supervision responsible for job shadowing and process documentation of new and existing client work.
- Strong MS office product skills required, preferably MS Word, MS Excel & Visio.
- Excellent written communications skills.
- Will be sitting by someone at client site.

- Job shadowing payroll and HR people.
