1) QA 6 month contract to hire.
RHT are looking for a QA candidate with strong SQL skills. Automated testing experience would be nice to have, but not required. As Systems Analyst, the qualified candidate must have:
Systems and analysis experience
Understanding of relational databases
Experience with automated testing tools
Experience with SQL Server 2000

Must have strong T-SQL skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be very detail oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented development environment
Have working knowledge in designing, creating, and administering testing plans
Have working knowledge of Windows 2000
Have experience creating and maintaining technical documentation

Job responsibilities include:
Design, program, document and execute testing plans
Manage on-going quality assurance and data integrity initiatives
Collaborate with clients, team leaders, users, and IS staff to develop and maintain program specific reporting solutions

2) 6 month contract to hire OLAP / Actuarial and Finance Analyst
Job Summary: Work closely with actuarial and finance teams to design, develop and maintain data marts, OLAP and analytic software, databases, automated systems analysis, reporting systems, and related interfaces to support the actuarial and financial information processing needs in various business areas of the company. Work extensively with departments and end users to ensure that business processing is efficiently and proactively maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned.

Design, develop, and maintain various software systems and/or capabilities to allow corporate level analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Design, develop, and administer corporate software and associated interfaces.
Determines and recommends improvements in current standards and implementation of system changes. Will be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Serve as backup administrator for OLAP solutions and application systems in use within the corporation.
Assist with identifying and analyzing external data problems with customers.
Work with various departments to design and analyze corporate information processing needs.
Work with Core Technology Services personnel to assist in network development, maintenance, and deployment.
Provide ad hoc assistance to users who develop their own applications.
