Job Description:
Software Developer position to provide S/W processes for software design, development, coding, integration, test and documentation activities. Interface with program and customer technical and management personnel.

Position will utilize skills in user interface design, database design, and object oriented software design methods. The individual will work with software development team leads to establish and maintain the software processes and associated support tools.

Tasks include leading working groups to implement and improve software process, designing and documenting Portal, Workflow, Business Intelligence, solutions and other development processes and their implementation in process management tools.

Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to resolve conflict, communication, (written and oral), problem solving and analytical skills. Able to learn new technology and tools and flexible to take different job, assignments.

The position requires understanding of configuration management and software engineering processes, and the software development life cycle. Experience with .NET, SQL, C#, VB.NET, and T-SQL, CSS and development management tools such as Visual Studio .NET.

Plus Skills: SharePoint, Teamplate, Web Services,
Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other appropriate major or work experience.
