Candidates should fit the following criteria:
- 2 years of experience developing software solutions using the .NET framework: preferably dealing specifically with ASP.NET, C#, and ADO .NET.
- 2+ years of experience working within Sharepoint, building applications using this technology. This is a MUST HAVE. Experience with V.2 will get first priority.
- Around 3+ years or considerable experience with previous MS technologies and methodologies including but not limited to ASP, ADO, Visual Basic 6 and/or C++, and SQL Server 2000/7.0 in a web environment.
- Candidates should have experience with and comfortable working in all tiers of distributed development; database, mid-tier/stored procedures, front end, and client side browser.
- Use or exposure to some type of software solution framework; MSF, rational, etc.
- MCSD and other certifications preferred
