Oracle DBA w/ DTS ($40-$42hr $80-85k)
Charlotte company looking for an Oracle DBA with knowledge of development and DTS. This individual will be working very closely with the applications group consulting with them regarding the best way to transfer the applications they are developing into the database utilizing DTS. This individual also needs to have experience in understanding how adding new application to the database effect the performance. The right individual also needs to have an extreme understanding of performance tuning, and load balance of the database. Also, if they have experience in SQL Server that would be a big plus. The client is looking to possibly add SQL Server as well. This individual needs to have excellent interpersonal skills. They will be interacting with the applications development team, internal clients regarding reports that need to be created, and the external vendor of their E-Sourcing (purchasing package). This is a contract to hire position. This position will make the current team a team of 4.
