Seems like there is some kind of medical aspect to what is happening on LOST. John Locke regained the ability to walk and so did Jack's wife. It was clearly not Jack's surgical skills that prevented her from being paralyzed. Also there is the issue of the injections Desmond was giving himself. Is this some kind of miracle juice? Did Desmond inject Jack's wife with the liquid? or John Locke? Does John Locke know more about what is going on then he is letting on? He yelled out once, "I've done everything you've asked me to do?". What does that mean?
