RDA is currently seeking a technical, experienced, results-oriented senior .NET developer for our Charlotte office.

Criteria:
3+ years of project experience in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server (experience with BizTalk and/or SharePoint is a plus).
5+ years of developing with previous Microsoft technologies.
Experience gathering requirements, analyzing and designing solutions and completing the development and deployment of applications using Microsoft .NET preferred.
Demonstrates excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies (such as RUP and MSF).
Flexibility to traveling up to 25%.
