Applications Developer
40-42 per hour, 80-85K Contract to Hire

Design, develop, test, implement and maintain custom software solution based on Microsoft Windows development technologies.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in data design, data architecture, and data analysis
4 year Degree in IT
Mentor role
Full life cycle of development
Development experience with Microsoft web technologies and database programming
Experience with ASP, ASP.Net, C#, SQL, XML, COM, _JavaScript, _VBScript, VB.Net, HTML, VSS

Responsibilities:
Perform data assessment, data mapping, requirements gathering, review data access patterns and data test scenario creation in an InfoManger, SQL Server 2000 and Hyperion environment. Define data needs, type of fields, length of fields, and impact to information architecture, schema, where it should be located. Create and implement data strategy and models for integrated reporting structures including transactions, financials, expectations, operations and management reports. Perform data analysis on existing corporate data impacting reports being created. Data mapping between source and target databases, mapping screen fields to database columns. Integrate data requirements with business and systems analysis. Identify, define and document complex corporate business rules as they pertain to data. Integrate project level data perspectives into the more generic corporate level view without sacrificing content and integrity. Manage all projects assigned and guide the activities of other development and data warehousing team members.

Technical Analyst
35-38 per hour, 75-80K Contract to Hire

The Technical Analyst will be responsible for leading requirements definition, design and implementation activities centered around our clients e-commerce efforts. This includes defining requirements with internal and external customers, coordinating design and testing activities with consultants, assuring development efforts are aligned with business expectations and integrating solutions within our clients environment. The Technical Analyst will also design and in limited cases develop reports and system modifications.

The Technical Analyst will coordinate the delivery of technical solutions in a manner that focuses on successful deployment. This includes not only working with teams to deliver solutions within budget and on schedule, but also working with vendor Developers to ensure technical solutions are implemented and supported as needed.

Major Accountabilities:
Actively defining system requirements, verifying designs, assisting with testing and deployment
Applying technical knowledge to support data manipulation, and working with developers to design, develop and test reports, interfaces or enhancements.
Facilitating IT resources in developing technical and/or data architectures to support desired solutions

Required Skills
Experience with object oriented development methodologies (use case designs, UML, Rational)
Experience designing and developing web based B2B applications using Java and Oracle
Experience writing SQL database queries
Strong understanding of system development life cycle
Experience with Oracle (preferably on UNIX platform)
Strong facilitation skills and excellent written and verbal communications
Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain management
Proficient with Microsoft Project and Visio
Familiar with data management tools like SQL Loader or TOAD

SQL Developer/ OLAP
40-45 per hour, 80-85K Contract to Hire

Looking for a strong SQL Server DBA who can do allot of down and dirty data collection from a mainframe and SQL Server environment.  Looking for someone who knows DTS Tasks and can get things loaded. Specifically need help designing OLAP cubes. Exposure to Business Objects a plus.
