Minimum requirements include:
- 5-7 years of software development experience.
- Self-motivated
- Interested in continual learning without outside motivation.
 - Strong SQL skills with SQL Server/Oracle
- Strong .NET skills with ASP.NET, Winforms, Middle Tier
- Strong Java skills with WebStart, J2SE, J2ME - **A PLUS**(will take someone with only strong .Net)
- Excellent understanding of how the web works at a protocol and standards level
- Strong OO capabilities, best practices, process, design patterns
