Client is involved in an upgrade of a miltary personnel and payroll system. The software will allow the military to access information from the field via the web.
The architecture is Peoplesoft HRMS which has an Oracle 9i Datawarehouse. They are now building the Web Portal so field access is possible.
Client is in need of TWO Java J2EE developers who have built portals in the past. The consultant will assist in code reviews as well.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong Java development - J2EE - Portal Development - Oracle.
**US Citizenship is required!** - Must pass an NAC background check.
